Our Regrets Return Policy makes shopping at even easier for you.


We want you to have the best shopping experience ever! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days from the date of your order. Please note, that the items bought with 50% discount and more can't be returned.

Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Can I Exchange An Item Through The Online Shop?

It’s easy to return any item you don’t want to keep. As soon as we’ve received the item, we’ll make sure to refund the amount in question. According to legal requirements you must return an item within 30 days from the date of your order.

    Return Process

    1. Email us to return your item.
    2. Ship back your order directly to our manufacture warehouse centers that are located in USA, Asia, Europe Or Australia, depending on where you got your item from. 
    3. Once the package is delivered to us, you will receive the amount to the same credit card/PayPal account that you used to make the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to accept your return and make the refund. The funds will be displayed in your bank account within 3-4 business days or sooner after we make the refund.
    4. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

      • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in the same condition that you received it. The original tag must still be attached.
      • Loziy is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges for returned items.
